A high-energy cardio fitness class in Southport designed to improve stamina, burn calories and build endurance through intervals, bodyweight exercises and functional training.


AeroPUMP
A fast-paced full-body fitness class in Southport combining resistance training with functional conditioning to build strength, improve fitness and leave every session feeling accomplished.


HYROX
Experience authentic HYROX-style training with a mix of running, sled pushes, rowing, wall balls and functional strength work. Whether you’re racing or just want incredible fitness, every session is scalable to your level.


Beginner Fit
New to the gym? Beginner Fit is the perfect place to start. Learn proper technique, improve your fitness and build strength in a welcoming, supportive environment with expert coaching every step of the way.


Hybrid
Build strength, improve endurance and develop real-world fitness with a coach-led class that combines lifting, functional training and cardio. Every workout is varied, challenging and fully scalable to your fitness level.


Strength
Master the fundamentals of strength training with structured, progressive workouts that help you build muscle, increase strength and move with confidence. Every session is fully coached and suitable for all abilities.


Weekend Warriors
Join us every weekend with our special Coach-led sessions. Saturday Sweat delivers high-energy conditioning, while Sunday Service brings a varied full body workout to end your week on a high.

Do I need to be fit before joining?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with expert coaches who will help you work at your own pace. Whether it’s your first workout or you’re returning after a break, you’ll feel welcome from day one.
Can I try a class before joining?
Yes! We offer a free trial so you can experience the atmosphere, meet the coaches and see if TERA is the right fit for you before committing.
Which class should I start with?
If you’re new to fitness, we recommend Beginner Fit or Strength. If your goal is to improve fitness and burn calories, Breathe, Hybrid or AeroPUMP are great choices. Looking for a challenge? Give HYROX, Hot Kettlebells or Friday Night Fitness a go.
How many classes should I do each week?
Most members see great progress with 2–3 classes per week. If you’re aiming for faster results, our Unlimited Membership gives you complete flexibility to train as often as you’d like.

What happens if I can’t make a class?
Life gets busy—we get it. If you can’t attend one of your classes, it doesn’t have to go to waste. One unused classe automatically rolls into the next week for you, giving you plenty of flexibility to fit training around work, holidays and family commitments.
Functional Fitness Classes

Every session is built around functional fitness—helping you move better, get stronger, and improve your overall performance in a way that carries over into everyday life. Whether you’re completely new to training or already experienced, all of our classes are inclusive, adaptable, and expertly coached to meet you where you’re at.
Coaching is at the core of everything we do. You’re not just following a workout—you’re being guided through it with purpose. Our coaches focus on technique, structure, and progression, making sure you’re getting the most out of every session while training safely and effectively. The environment is supportive, focused, and motivating, helping you stay consistent and confident as you improve.
Each class has its own focus, giving you the option to train in a way that suits your goals. Strength Flow is built around controlled strength work, helping you develop solid movement patterns and build a strong foundation. Breathe focuses on slower-paced, controlled sessions that prioritise recovery, mobility, and connection to your body. Aeropump brings a higher-energy approach, combining resistance training with conditioning to improve both strength and endurance.
For those looking to push performance, HYROX sessions are designed to challenge both physically and mentally, combining functional movements with endurance-based training. If you’re just starting out, Beginner Fit provides the perfect entry point—helping you build confidence, learn the basics, and develop consistency in a supportive setting.
