Without proper recovery your training becomes pointless that's why our recovery room is built to support one of the most important parts of your training. Whether you’re pushing hard in the gym, balancing a physical job, or simply looking to improve how your body feels day to day, this space is designed to help you reset, recharge, and stay consistent.
At the centre of the room is our ice bath, offering a powerful way to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and build mental resilience. Cold exposure isn’t just about toughness—it’s a proven method to help your body recover faster and come back stronger for your next session.
Alongside this, our sauna provides the perfect contrast. Heat therapy helps to relax muscles, ease tension, and promote overall recovery while giving you time to switch off mentally. Used together, the combination of hot and cold creates a complete recovery experience that supports both physical performance and long-term health.
To complete the setup, we’ve included a cold rinse shower—ideal for quick recovery between sessions or as part of a structured hot and cold routine. The entire space is designed to be simple, effective, and easy to use, whether you’re experienced with recovery protocols or just getting started.

Yes. Our Gym & Recovery memberships include unlimited access to the recovery room during opening hours. Recovery-only memberships are also available if you simply want access to the sauna and ice bath without joining the gym.
Can beginners use the sauna and ice bath?
Absolutely. Many members use the recovery room before they ever step into the gym. If you’re new to cold water therapy or sauna use, our coaches will happily explain how to use both safely and comfortably.
What are the benefits of using a sauna and ice bath?
