Located inside our dedicated Recovery Room in Birkdale, the sauna can be used alongside our ice bath or enjoyed on its own.

TERA brings premium strength equipment, coached fitness classes and a dedicated Recovery Room together under one roof in Birkdale. We built the club to offer Southport a different experience from a typical overcrowded commercial gym.
With gym membership intentionally capped at 100, we focus on creating a welcoming, uncrowded environment where people can train, recover and enjoy being part of the club.
